You can enjoy the star-studded, unpolluted night skies of the Richtersveld. The following morning will embark on a river trail and experience the flow of the Orange River. You can expect entry-level rapids and no experience is needed to partake on this trip. You can expect great rock formations and excellent Birdlife. Lunch will be served as a picnic style with some fresh herbs and produce from our gardens.
After a day of excitement and adventure, we will have some time off this afternoon to relax and make final preparations for our safari. The evening will start with a sundowner on a nearby lookout point. An excellent way to end an adventurous day in the Richtersveld.

Richtersveld – Port Nolloth – Noup
We will seize the day with an early wake-up. Our Diamond Coast Route safari will start with a visit to the Nababeep Conservancy on the route towards Eksteensfontein. We explore the indigenous succulents and rock formations of the Richtersveld.
After Crossing Hell’s Kloof, we pass the local Nama community of Eksteensfontein. This Pass connects with one of the most scenic routes towards the Diamond Mining Town of Port Nolloth. Port Nolloth will be our lunch stop, and we will pay a visit to the local museum to get some insight into the Diamond Mining Industry of Namaqualand and West Coast.
After our hearty lunch, we will pass through Kleinzee and experience the semi-ghost mining town, before arriving at Noup. Noup is the old diamond divers camp and situated on the coast. It is also the starting point of our Shipwreck Trail.
Accommodation: Noup Lodge
Hondeklipbaai – Namaqua National Park.
We have but a short distance to travel today. We take our time and enjoy our freshly prepared breakfast, before departing past Koiingnaas an active Diamond Mine. Our destination is Hondeklipbaai. Hondeklipbaai – Springbok – The Growcery Camp.
The Final Leg of our safari will take us back to our starting point, the Growcery Camp. After an early rise and steady breakfast, we will select one of the scenic mountains passes back towards the town of Springbok.
