An early start awaits us, and after a hearty breakfast, we will start our kayaking journey. The next days are early morning starts and somedays late afternoon endings. We break the paddling every 45minutes with 10 – 15 minute rest intervals. This allows us to make sure we have enough energy intake and stretch our legs and relax.
