6 Day Orange River Rafting

The 6-day Orange River rafting adventure is by far one of the more exciting trips to join. This rafting trail will start and end at The Growcery Camp. The Orange River is the longest river in South Africa, and river rafting is one of the best adventures in Southern Africa. The Richtersveld is well known as a rugged and geology-rich mountainous environment.

This is one of the only Mountain Desert regions in the Northern Cape and South Africa. Join our team on the river rafting experience of a lifetime. This river rafting adventure is suited for paddlers with no experience. It is the perfect adventures for the whole family.

Feel the flow of the river and meander through the mountain gorges. We make our wild camps on the banks of the river. We recommend that all river rafters arrive at Basecamp no later than 5 pm on Day 1 of the Trip. Our team will meet and greet your arrival at camp. We will have a briefing at your designated campsite, where your guides will brief you on the final preparation of our river rafting trail. Our Dinner is on open fires, and we have our last hot showers, before embarking on the river rafting adventure in the Richtersveld.

Valid Passports & Unabridged Birth certificates for minors.

Our Basecamp The Growcery is 22km from the border post inside South Africa. Our Adventure will start in South Africa and end in Namibia. We will be transported back to Namibia and over the Border back to The Growcery camp. We cannot allow clients on the trips without their passport or unabridged Birth certificates.
